All items in this collection are produced in extremely limited quantities and fulfilled in the order they are received.

Processing Time (Pick & Pack)

Please allow 5–7 business days for our fulfillment team to prepare and package your order before it ships.

During high-volume periods—such as limited releases—processing times may extend slightly.

International Shipping

International delivery times vary by region and customs processing:

Duties & Taxes — Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)

All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

This means all duties, taxes, and import fees are calculated and paid at checkout, ensuring a smooth delivery with no additional charges due upon arrival.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates after the carrier scans your package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your order as Delivered, we are unable to replace or refund lost or stolen packages.

Please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.

 

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email

within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Replacements are subject to remaining inventory availability.
